To view the daycare webcam, you will need to download and install a plugin for viewing JPEG 2000 images. When you go to the webcam you will see the camera with a black screen. On the left is a button “Get JPEG 2000 viewer”. Click on it. If you get a prompt to download a Japanese language pack, cancel it. You will see the screen with a list of software. Choose the first one, download and install. If your browser blocks the install, say it’s ok to continue. No spyware, or addware of any kind is installed, only the viewer. The camera is only on during business hours.
